As a professional florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent for delivery in the United States and Canada. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we will send a replacement or refund the purchase price (less any delivery and/or service charges and sales tax). You need to notify us with 48 hours of the receipt of the item, either by phone, email or in person, and we will take the necessary steps to satisfy you and the recipient.
- Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change ant orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
- If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any orders, please call us directly at (412) 937-1100.
- We are also unable to accept cancellations or changes via e-mail.
Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 7%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, no matter the destination of your order.
Sometimes substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country or seasonal restrictions. When a substitution is necessary, please be assured that we will do everything possible to give you the same look, the same style or theme of the arrangement you have chosen, using flowers of equal or greater value.
If we feel that many substitutions may be necessary, we will contact you ASAP to discuss your selection with you.
Additionally, we sometimes are forced to substitute on keepsake items due to its popularity and product selling out quickly during major holidays.
Also, in single flower type of arrangements, we will make every attempt to supply the flower shown, but the color may be changed. (Roses or orchids would be two such examples).
Dishgardens or planters shown on our site are a representative sampling of products available. Planters come in wicker baskets as well as ceramic or terra cotta. Your price selected, as well as product availability will determine which type of product and the color, is used in the fulfillment of your order.

Two of the top questions Americans ask when purchasing flowers are "How do I take care of them?" and "How long will they last?
From a single bud, to a small bunch to an abundant arrangement, just a little extra care can make a big difference. Most floral arrangements last from 4 to 7 days, depending on the types of flowers used and the type of care they receive. Here's some specific tips to keep your flowers looking beautiful:
For floral arrangements... Keep the vase filled or floral foam soaked with water containing a flower food. If the flower food solution becomes cloudy, replace it entirely. If possible, recut stems by removing one to two inches with a sharp knife. Use warm water when adding water to the vase or refilling it.
Keep flowers in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit), away from direct sunlight. Avoid heating or cooling vents, areas directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators. Appliances such as televisions and radiators give off heat, causing the flowers to quickly dehydrate.
For boxed flowers or loose wrapped bunches... If you can't get your flowers into a water and flower food solution right away, keep them in a cool place. Fill a clean, deep vase with water and add the flower food, following the directions on the package.
For all arrangements... Remove any leaves that will be below the waterline. Leaves in the water will promote bacterial growth, causing the flowers to wilt quickly.
Recut stems with a sharp knife. Do this underwater, in warm water. This allows the stems to draw in water instead of air. Then place the flowers in the vase solution you've prepared. When using woody stems and branches (such as forsythia, quince or lilac), cut the stem with sharp pruning shears.
